摘　　要：本文介绍内镜活检炎症性肠病(IBD)取材和制片要求,总结内镜活检IBD的形态学特点、诊断思路及鉴别诊断要点,以期初步了解内镜活检IBD的病理诊断。This article presents the sampling and requirements to make histological slices of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in endoscopic biopsy,and summarizes the morphological characteristics,diagnostic approach and key points of differential diagnosis in order to gain a general acknowledge of the pathological diagnosis of IBD in endoscopic biopsy.
