摘　　要：许多药物、疾病可能对肠道造成损害,导致肠腔狭窄,其中药物因素中最常见的为非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)。本文报道1例少见的NSAIDs吲哚美辛导致膈膜样肠病的病例,旨在提示临床需重视该类药物的罕见不良反应。Many drugs and diseases can damage the intestine and induce the intestinal strictures and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)is a kind of the most common drugs.This article reports a rare case with gastrointestinal diaphragm disease induced by indometacin,a NSAID,which aims to remind the clinical doctors of the rare adverse reaction of these drugs.
