摘　　要：该文介绍了一种纳米微孔绝热板在铂金通道澄清段上的应用,并通过计算对传统铂金通道保温材料进行了优化,降低了铂金通道的散热量,极大地减少了能耗,提高了产品质量,增加了生产效益。This paper introduced the application of nano-porous thermal insulation board in the refining section of platinum channel.By optimizing the traditional insulation material of platinum channel through calculations,the heat dissipation of the platinum channel was successfully reduced,and energy consumption was significantly cut.The product quality and efficiency were improved.
