摘 要:从高科技企业创新创业与市场营销的关系出发,分析了双创背景下嘉兴市高科技企业市场营销现状,提出加大营销人才培养力度,培养高素质、复合型营销人才以及提高营销人才跨部门协作能力,为加快嘉兴市高科技企业创新成果转化和提升科技创新能力提供人才保障。From the perspective of the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship and marketing of high-tech enterprise,this paper analyzes the current situation of marketing of the high-tech enterprises in Jiaxing under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.It proposes to strengthen the training of marketing talents,cultivate highly qualified and compound marketing talent teams and improve their capability of cross-sector collaboration so as to provide talent support for speeding up these enterprises transformation of innovation achievements and improving the scientific and technological innovation ability.
