基于系统功能语言学的企业社会责任生态话语分析

摘　　要：本文以系统功能语言学为理论框架,对作为生态话语的吉利汽车与戴姆勒汽车企业社会责任报告进行对比分析。研究发现:一是无标记主位"WE""Geely"或"Daimler"常见于物质过程小句,其中吉利汽车更倾向于以名物化的"管理""发展"等为目标,建构其与利益相关者之间的战略联盟;戴姆勒汽车则倾向于通过"利用""提供""获取"等动态动词,建构企业生态链、价值链;二是"EMISSION"亦常见于物质过程小句,吉利汽车将"EMISSION"用作环境成分或目标修饰语成分,而戴姆勒汽车更多地将"EMISSION"作为目标,强调其对废气排放的数字化监控。本文最后以"吉时雨"与"顺风车"的比喻为例,阐释吉利汽车与戴姆勒汽车在生态观方面的异同。本文拟为企业社会责任话语分析提供新的视角,也为我国企业积极参与国际社会责任标准化活动、履行企业社会责任行为和参与国际对话提供借鉴。This paper,with systemic functional linguistics as its theoretical framework,conducts an eco-discourse analysis of the corporate social responsibility reports,issued by two auto-makers,named Geely and Daimler.It is found that with the unmarked themes such as "WE""Geely" or "Daimler" being more likely to occur in the material processes,Geely sheds more light on its strategic relations with its stakeholders by the employment of "management" "development",etc.,while Daimler strives to construct an ecological and value chain by applying dynamic verbs,such as "use""offer" and "take";it is also found that "EMISSION" occurs frequently in the material processes:Geely employs "EMISSION" as a circumstantial element or a modifier,while Dailmer applies "EMISSION" as "Goal",emphasizing its digital monitoring of waste gases.This paper probes into the ecological views,implicated in the use of metaphors such as "Geely Timely RAIN" and Daimler’s "Wind of Change".It is hoped that this study will bring new insights to the analysis of the ecological discourses of the corporate social responsibility,and will help to facilitate the Chinese enterprises’ participation in the international social responsibility standardization activities and dialogues.
