摘 要:单晶连铸过程中,铸型温度的控制是关键控制参数。为了进一步提高单晶连铸质量,本文以STM32单片机为主控核心,以增量式PID算法为温度调整依据,实现单晶铜连铸过程中熔池测温区、铸型测温区和线材测温区温度的实时监测与控制,达到连续稳定连铸的效果。通过试验测试数据分析,结果显示该单晶连铸温度监控系统能够实现对单晶连铸过程中温度的实时监控,控制效果良好,使单晶铜制备过程中缺陷出现的概率降低为原来的10%,满足金属单晶线材制备工艺技术要求。During the process of single crystal continuous casting,the control of casting temperature is the Key Control Characteristis(KCCS).To further improve the quality of single-crystal continuous casting,it takes the STM32 micro-controller as the main control core and incremental PID algorithm as the basis for temperature adjustment,and proposes a temperature monitoring system for single crystal copper continuous casting process.The results show that the single crystal continuous casting temperature monitoring system can realize accurate control of temperature,the probability of defects in the preparation process is reduced to 10%,which satisfies with the requirement of technology.
