摘　　要：为了提升高职学校医药专业人才培养质量,针对新媒体环境下的产教融合与创新创业教育展开分析。分析当前医药专业教学现状与问题,最后提出创新人才培养观念,加强"双创"教育和重视、选择"双创"项目,加强校企交流;教育方案与新媒体结合,提高人才培养的规范性等建议,提升高职医药专业教学质量,为社会输送综合素质高的医药专业人才。in order to improve the training quality of medical professionals in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the integration of industry and education and innovation and entrepreneurship education under the new media environment.This paper introduces the advantages of these two kinds of personnel training models,analyzes the current situation and problems of the teaching of pharmaceutical specialty,and finally puts forward three suggestions:innovating the concept of personnel training,strengthening the selection of mass entrepreneurship and innovation projects,strengthening the exchange between schools and enterprises,combining educational programs with new media,and improving the standard of personnel training,so as to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical specialty in higher vocational colleges.
