摘 要:热轧带钢生产线上经常伴随着轧机振动的困扰。针对某大型热连轧机在轧制薄带钢产品时经常发生严重的水平振动现象,提出采用辊系侧向压力约束来抑制轧机水平振动的思路。首先经过理论研究和仿真分析,获得施加不同的侧向压力得到的不同抑制水平振动效果,然后对轧机进行辊系侧向液压缸约束改造,最后对措施实施前后轧机水平振动加速度进行了对比测试。结果表明轧机水平振动得到了有效抑制,取得了明显的抑振效果。The hot-rolled strip steel production line is often accompanied by the vibration of the mill in finish area.In the process of thin strip rolling based on the hot strip mill,serious horizontal vibration emerges frequently.Thus,the vibration suppression idea that used horizontal pressure constraint was proposed.Firstly,the different effects of horizontal vibration suppression were obtained by theoretical study and stimulation analysis when a series of horizontal pressure is forced.Then the constraints of rolls system horizontal hydraulic cylinder has been used.After measures implemented,the vibration acceleration has been test and compare with the previous level.The results indicate this suppression approach to horizontal vibration is effective.
