摘　　要：在问卷调查及文献搜集的基础上,利用系统动力学工具,建立了大学生创新创业系统模型,分析了各个子系统之间的关系,研究了大学生创新创业的动力机制。研究表明,大学生个人能力是否得到提高和经验是否充足十分重要,家庭、学校、政府和社会应该更加贴近大学生实际情况为其创新创业提供帮助。On the basis of questionnaire survey and literature collection,this paper establishes a system model of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship by using system dynamics tools,analyzes the relationship among various subsystems,and studies the dynamic mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.The research shows that it is very important for college students to improve their personal ability and have enough experience.The family,school,government and society should be closer to the actual situation of college students and provide help for their innovation and entrepreneurship.
