摘  要:以红花羊蹄甲花瓣为研究材料,花色苷提取量为考察指标,利用响应面分析法对红花羊蹄甲花瓣中花色苷的微波辅助提取工艺进行优化。基于单因素试验结果,选取微波功率、微波时间、乙醇体积分数、液料比等4个因素,采用4因素3水平Box-Behnken响应面试验设计优化提取工艺。结果表明,4个因素对花色苷提取量的影响大小次序为:乙醇体积分数>微波时间>液料比>微波功率;当微波功率为600 W,微波时间86 s、乙醇体积分数为73%、液料比为31:1时,花色苷提取量最大。在此最佳工艺条件下,花色苷提取量为970.8 mg/100g(n=5,RSD=0.15%)。为从红花羊蹄甲花瓣中提取花色苷提供了一种经济可行的方法,为红花羊蹄甲植物资源开发利用提供新思路。By using the petals of Bauhinia blakeana flower as the experimental raw material,and anthocyanins extraction amount as the investigation index,the microwave-assisted extraction process of anthocyanins from the petals of Bauhinia blakeana flower was optimized by response surface methodology.Four factors such as microwave power,microwave extraction time,ethanol volume fraction and ratio of liquid to solid were selected based on the single-factor test results,four factors and three levels Box-Behnken response surface test design was used to optimize the extraction process.The results show that the order of effects of the four factors on anthocyanins extraction from big to small was:ethanol volume fraction>microwave time>liquid-material ratio>microwave power;the extraction amount of anthocyanins was the biggest when the microwave power was 600 W,microwave extraction time was 86 s,ethanol concentration was 73%,and ratio of liquid to solid was 31:1.Under the best conditions,the extraction amount of anthocyanins from petals of the flower was 970.8 mg/100g(n=5,RSD=0.15%).This study provides an economical and feasible method for extraction anthocyanins from petals of Bauhinia blakeana flower,and also provides a new idea for the development and utilization of the plant resources of Bauhinia blakeana.
