摘 要:基于倾斜摄影测量、三维激光扫描、工程测量等技术,研究制定了空地一体化全要素数据采集方案及多源数据综合应用方法。针对石化管道高后果区的管理需求,定制开发实景三维应用管理平台。集成了实景三维模型、周边环境、三方市政管道、管道本体及附属设施等信息,为高后果区识别评价、巡检施工、应急救护演练等工作提供了有效的数据支撑与决策依据,为地理信息行业提供了跨界融合新的思路。Based on oblique photography,3 D laser scanning,engineering surveying and other technologies,the integrated air-ground all-element data acquisition solution and the comprehensive application method of multi-source data were developed. In addition,the3 D application management platform of real scene was customizedly developed according to the management requirements of the petrochemical pipelines of the high consequence area. Our method integrates the real scene 3 D model,pipeline surrounding environment,tripartite municipal pipeline,pipeline body and auxiliary facilities,and other information. It provides effective data support and decision-making basis for high consequence area identification and evaluation,inspection and construction,emergency rescue drill and other work. Our method also provides a new idea of cross-border integration for the geographic information industry.
