摘  要:煤炭企业当前正处在经济转型、产业结构调整的关键时期,面对互联网技术的冲击,煤炭企业面临技能型人才尤其是高技能型人才的严重短缺。根据煤炭行业人才结构的现实问题及发展需要,通过现代学徒制人才培养,校企深度融合,形成了基于互联网+的“线上线下同步学习,职业能力逐步进阶”校企双主体育人培养模式,找到高职院校与煤炭企业合作的契合点,共同构建校企一体高技能人才培养体系,培养与企业可持续发展相适应的高技能人才队伍,推动煤炭企业的快速科学发展。At present, coal enterprises are in the critical period of economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment. Faced with the impact of Internet technology, coal enterprises are facing a serious shortage of skilled talents, especially high-skilled talents. According to the practical problems and development of coal industry talents structure, through modern apprenticeship talent training and in-depth integration of school and enterprise, the school-enterprise dual main body education and training mode based on Internet + is formed: "online and offline synchronous learning, gradually advancing vocational ability", finding the cooperation point between higher vocational colleges and coal enterprises, and jointly build a school-enterprise integrated high skill personnel training system, so the highly skilled personnel in line with the sustainable development of enterprises can be trained and the scientific development of coal enterprises can be prompted rapidly.
