水性无机膨胀型防火涂料的制备及性能研究 第一部分--影响涂料性能的因素

摘　　要：以碱性硅溶胶(LS-30)和40%甲基硅酸钾溶液(PMS-40)为基料,添加颜填料及助剂,制备了一种水性无机膨胀型防火涂料。研究了LS-30和PMS-40质量比,分散剂及增稠剂添加量,颜基比,颜填料添加量对涂料性能的影响,并对涂料及涂层进行性能测试。结果表明,当LS-30和PMS-40质量比为1.0∶1.5,分散剂六偏磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠分别占颜填料的0.5%和0.3%,增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶和N-228分别为占涂料的0.3%、0.3%及1.0%~1.5%时,涂料在容器中可稳定存在,分散效果及流变性达到最优。颜基比为1.5∶1.0,钛白粉、滑石粉、白云石、绢云母、可膨胀石墨添加量分别为涂料的5%、2%、15%、10%、3%时,涂层固化后光滑、无裂纹,灼烧可膨胀至5倍,膨胀层致密且坚硬,耐火要求达标,灼烧过程中对环境友好。A waterborne inorganic intumescent fire-retardant paint was prepared by using alkaline silica sol LS-30 and 40%potassium methylsiliconate solution(PMS-40)as binders with some pigments,fillers,and additives.The effects of the mass ratio of LS-30 to PMS-40,the amounts of dispersant and thickener,the pigment-to-binder ratio,and the amounts of pigments and fillers on properties of the paint were studied.The results showed that the paint prepared at a mass ratio of 1.0:1.5 for LS-30 to PMS-40 with the dispersants sodium hexametaphosphate 0.5%and sodium polyacrylate 0.3%(both with respect to the mass of pigments and fillers),as well as the thickeners sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.3%,xanthan gum 0.3%,and N-2281.0%-1.5%could exist stably in the container and had the optimal dispersity and rheological property.When the pigment-to-binder ratio was 1.5:1.0,and titania,talc,dolomite,sericite,and expandable graphite were 5%,2%,15%,10%,and 3%of the paint,the cured coating was smooth and crack free,and could expand to 5 times after being burnt with a compact and hard expansion layer formed on its surface.The fire retardance of the paint meet the requirements of related standard,and its burning process is environmentally friendly.
