摘  要:文章介绍了铸坯角部裂纹产生的原因,通过金相、扫描电镜等检测技术分析,得出氮化硼沿晶析出,弱化了原始奥氏体晶界,在后续受到矫直力的作用下,沿晶界产生裂纹。In this paper,the cause for the crack at corner of casting blank is introduced.It is found out that the boron nitride precipitates along grain boundary and weakens the original austenite grain boundary as well as the crack is produced along grain boundary with the subsequent effects of straightening force by analyzing with such detecting techniques as metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy.
