摘　　要：目的观察紫杉醇周疗方案治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的有效性和安全性。方法术后复发转移性乳腺癌患者30例,给予紫杉醇75 mg/m^2,第1、8、15天静脉滴注,3周为1个周期,观察临床治疗效果、客观缓解率、中位肿瘤进展时间和不良反应发生情况。结果 30例患者中完全缓解1例,部分缓解10例,稳定18例,进展1例,客观缓解率为36.7%,中位肿瘤进展时间为8.3个月;主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、周围神经毒性、脱发、胃肠道反应,均可耐受,其中Ⅲ~Ⅳ度不良反应中白细胞计数下降4例(13.3%),恶心、呕吐2例(6.7%)。结论紫杉醇周疗治疗复发转移性乳腺癌具有良好的肿瘤缓解率,不良反应较轻,可延长肿瘤进展时间,提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent and metastatic breast cancer. Methods Thirty patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer after operation was given intravenous injection of paclitaxel 75 mg/m^2 on day 1, 8 and 15, for 3 weeks as one cycle. The clinical efficacy, objective response rate, median of time to progression and adverse reactions were observed. Results In 30 patients, the therapeutic result was complete response in 1 patient, partial response in 10, stable disease in 18 and progression in 1. The objective response rate was 36.7%. The median of time to progression was 8.3 months. The main adverse reactions included marrow suppression, peripheral neurotoxicity, lipsotrichia and intestinal reaction, which were tolerable. Grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ toxicity included leukopenia in 4 patients(13.3%) and nausea/vomiting in 2(6.7%). Conclusion Weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy has high response rate and mild adverse reactions, and it can inhibit the progression and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
