摘  要:介绍了咪唑啉结构、性能,叙述了碳钢缓蚀剂咪唑啉的研究应用情况、低电导率水中碳钢缓蚀剂的研究应用情况,探讨了咪唑啉缓蚀剂在发电机组低电导率水中的研究开发应用前景。咪唑啉缓蚀剂有望能应用于闭式循环除盐水冷却系统的运行、停用防腐,发电机组水汽系统(锅炉、给水、凝汽器系统)的长期低温停用保护,锅炉设备水压试验期间及之后防腐,哈蒙氏(表面式)间接空冷机组凝汽器与空冷岛之间间接冷却水系统的运行、停用防腐。The structure and performance of imidazoline was introduced,the research and application of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel and inhibitor for carbon steel in low-conductivity water were summarized,and the research and application prospects of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor in low conductivity water of generating units were discussed.The imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is expected to be applied to the operation and shutdown of closed-cycle desalinated water cooling system,the long-term low-temperature shutdown protection of the generator water-steam systems(boiler,feed water,condenser system),protection of boiler equipment from corrosion during and after hydrotest,and protection of the indirect water-cooling systems between condensers and air-cooling island of generator with Harmon(surface)indirect air-cooling systems from during operation and shutdown.
