摘　　要：1例25岁骨髓增生异常综合征转化的急性髓系白血病女性患者,治疗过程中出现了发热、下肢皮肤红色痛性结节、肺部团块影,多部位病理活检后明确诊断为结节性脂膜炎及机化性肺炎,经糖皮质激素有效治疗后成功接受父供女异基因造血干细胞移植术。A 25-year-old femalepatient with acute myeloblastic leukemia that evolved transformed from myelodysplastic syndrome developed fever,painful red nodule of lower extremity skin,and pulmonary mass shadow during the treatment.After multiple pathological biopsy,the patient was definitely diagnosed as nodular panniculitis and organic pneumonia.After effective treatment with glucocorticoid,she successfully received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from her father.
