摘 要:介绍了一类能源系统用超厚大轴承座类铸件的生产经验。该类产品主要结构特点为底座面壁厚超大、与主体壁厚相差悬殊;生产难点为铸件在凝固过程中补缩困难,容易在厚大面位置产生集中性的缩孔缺陷。针对生产过程存在的缩孔问题,通过从产品结构、灰铁补缩特点等方面进行原因分析,使用MAGMA模拟软件重新优化浇注位置、冷铁、冒口、浇注系统、浇注温度、成分等铸造工艺参数,将厚大面放在有利于补缩的浇注位置,通过冷铁配合压边冒口,彻底解决了轴承座缩孔问题。This paper introduces the production experience of a kind of super thick large bearing block castings for energy system.The main structural features of this kind of products are that the wall thickness of the base surface is very large,which is different from the wall thickness of the main body.The difficulty in production is that it is difficult to supplement the casting in the solidification process,and it is easy to produce concentrated shrinkage defects in the position of large thick surface.In view of the above problems,by analyzing the causes of product structure and feeding characteristics of gray iron,magma simulation software is used to re optimize the casting process parameters such as pouring position,cold iron,riser,pouring system,pouring temperature,composition,etc.,put the thick surface on the pouring position conducive to feeding,and solve the above problems thoroughly by combining cold iron with pressing riser.
