摘　　要：习近平总书记强调:思政课教师情怀要深,要保持家国情怀,心里装着国家和民族。西南少数民族地区思政课教师的家国情怀有特别重要的意义,其内涵要求十分丰富,需要我们从西南少数民族地区高校实际出发,采取正确的培育方法和途径,厚植思政课教师的家国情怀,让思政课教师带着深厚的情怀去培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,为西南民族地区经济发展和社会进步提供人力资源保障。General Secretary Xi Jinping observes with emphasis that teachers of ideology and politics should have a deep love for their home,their country and their nation.To develop such a love in teachers of ideology and politics in areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups in the southwest is of special significance and rich content.To do that,reality of universities of said areas should be taken into consideration and correct approaches be adopted so that these teachers can assume the responsibility with such a deep love to educate a new generation of builders to rejuvenate our country and nation by providing new human resources to sustain economic development and social advancement of the areas of minority ethnic groups of southwest China.
