摘  要:针对冬季供热机组深度调峰面临的问题,通过对低压缸切缸后叶片的安全性风险分析,给出了最佳的应对措施,推出了哈汽的低压缸切缸供热改造技术,并成功应用在多个电厂。整个供暖期的长时切缸实践验证了哈汽低压缸切缸技术方案的严谨性、可靠性和稳定性。Considering the current problems on the deep peak-load regulation during the winner period in thermal power units,a best solution is given based on the safety risk analysis of the blades under the low pressure cylinder cutting-off condition,and the heating retrofitting technology of the low pressure cylinder cut-off in Harbin Turbine Company(HTC)is introduced.The technology has been successfully applied in many power plants,indicating reasonability,reliability and stability of low pressure cutting technology with the experience of a long-term cylinder cutting-off test during the whole heating period.
