摘  要:汽轮机调门流量曲线会不可避免地出现与实际调门流量特性曲线失配的现象,流量曲线失配主要表现为控制回路出现非线性,影响机组的负荷控制甚至安全稳定运行。从汽轮机控制原理出发,研究汽轮机控制器自校正方案,在原有PID控制器结构的基础上,利用增益规划设计非线性控制器,采用基于对象模型的PID参数自整定方法达到对流量曲线失配非线性进行补偿的目的,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性。The flow curve of steam turbine governor valve will be inevitably mismatched with the actual flow characteristic curve,if the flow curve mismatches,the control loop will be nonlinear to affect the load control or even safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the principle of steam turbine control,the self-correction scheme of steam turbine controller is studied,and on the basis of the original PID controller structure,the nonlinear controller is designed by Gain-Scheduled,and the nonlinear compensation of flow curve mismatch is achieved by using the PID parameter self-tuning method according to the object model,the simulation results verify the feasibility of this method.
