摘  要:低收入人群是城市人口组成的重要和特殊部分,关注并研究其出行行为具有重要的社会价值。本文首先界定城市低收入人群的范围,根据上海市居民出行调查数据划分出研究对象,总结影响低收入人群出行行为的多重变量,然后基于效用最大化理论构建出行目的和出行方式相互影响的巢式Logit模型,并对模型参数进行标定,得到低收入人群出行行为选择的特定规律。结果表明,出行时段、出行费用、出行优先政策以及出行目的对低收入人群出行方式选择具有显著影响。Low-income people are an important and special part of urban population.It is of great social value to pay attention to and study their travel behaviors.Firstly,this paper defines the scope of urban low-income population,and divides the research objects according to the data of Shanghai residents’travel survey.It summarizes the multiple variables affecting the travel behavior of low-income groups,then constructs a Nested Logit model based on utility maximization theory,which can influence each other’s travel purposes and modes,and advances the parameters of the model.Calibration is used to obtain the specific rules of travel behavior choice for low-income people.The results show that travel time,travel expense,travel priority policy and travel purpose have significant effects on the choice of travel mode for low-income population.
