摘  要:针对双轴货车在良好路面上行驶存在的低频周期性异常振动的问题,基于模态分析方法研究了驾驶室座椅与货箱中心处在轮胎径向跳动激励作用下的振动响应特性。采用正弦扫频激励模拟轮胎径向跳动输入,以座椅处加权加速度均方值与货箱中心处加速度均方值为平顺性评价指标,以装载能力、装配工艺条件与基本振动特性要求为约束条件,建立了悬架系统参数优化模型。最后,对双轴货车实例进行了悬架系统参数优化设计,通过优化前后对比分析,验证了优化模型的有效性。Aiming at the problem of low frequency periodic abnormal vibration of a two-axle truck running on level roads,and based on modal analysis method,the vibration response characteristics of the cab seats and the center of the cargo box under the action of the wheels radial runout excitation were studied.Then,simulating wheels radial runout input with sine sweep excitation,taking the seats weighted acceleration mean square value and cargo box acceleration mean square value for evaluation index of driving smoothness,and taking the loading capacity,assembly technique condition and the fundamental dynamic characteristics requirements for constraints,the suspension parameters optimization model was established.Finally,take a two-axle truck as an example,optimize its suspension system parameters,and the effectiveness of our model was verified through comparison and analysis of before and after optimization.
