摘　　要：目的评价“补肾阳”中医疗法对内分泌患者血清中特定激素水平的调节作用。方法通过计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方、Sino Med、PubMed以及Cochrane library数据库,收集中医疗法治疗具有明确“肾阳虚”诊断患者的随机对照试验,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具评价所纳入研究的质量。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入28篇随机对照试验,2530例“肾阳虚”患者。Meta分析结果显示:(1)“补肾阳”疗法治疗激素分泌异常类疾病疗效优于常规治疗组[OR=2.78,95%CI(2.19,3.52),Z=8.39,P<0.00001];(2)中药+针灸“补肾阳”疗法能够降低卵泡刺激素[WMD=-1.28,95%CI(-1.56,-1.00),Z=8.90,P<0.00001]、升高雌二醇[WMD=13.19,95%CI(10.87,15.50),Z=11.18,P<0.00001],疗效优于其他亚组及对照组;(3)中药+西药+针灸“补肾阳”疗法能够降低睾酮[WMD=-0.16,95%CI(-0.23,-0.10),Z=4.82,P<0.00001],疗效优于其他亚组及对照组。结论在临床治疗具有明确诊断的肾阳虚患者,“补肾阳”中医疗法相较于其他疗法常规临床药物能够更好地调节患者激素水平。Objective To evaluate the regulatory effect of TCM tonifying kidney-Yang therapy on serum specific hormone levels in endocrine patients.Methods Two writers searched CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Sino Med,PubMed and Cochrane library databases.Randomized controlled trials with definite diagnosis of kidney-Yang deficiency in TCM therapy were collected.The quality of the included studies was evaluated by Cochrane risk bias assessment tool.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 28 randomized controlled trials were included 2530 cases of kidney-Yang deficiency patients.Meta-analysis results:(1)The therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney-Yang therapy on hormone secretion disorders was better than that of conventional treatment group[OR=2.78,95%CI(2.19,3.52),Z=8.39,P<0.00001].(2)Chinese medicine and tonifying kidney-Yang acupuncture therapy could reduce follicle stimulating hormone[WMD=-1.28,95%CI(-1.56,-1.00),Z=8.90,P<0.00001]and increase estradiol[WMD=13.19,95%CI(10.87,15.50),Z=11.18,P<0.00001].The curative effect was better than that of other subgroups and control groups.(3)TCM and western medicine and tonifying kidney-Yang acupuncture therapy can reduce testosterone[WMD=-0.16,95%CI(-0.23,-0.10),Z=4.82,P<0.00001],and the curative effect was better than that of other subgroups and control groups.Conclusion In patients with kidney-Yang deficiency with definite diagnosis in clinical treatment,TCM tonifying kidney-Yang therapy can better regulate the hormone level of patients than other conventional clinical drugs.
