从卫气论疏肝健脾方对乳腺癌肿瘤微环境稳态的影响

摘　　要：肿瘤微环境在乳腺癌的发生与发展中扮演着重要的角色,肿瘤微环境是乳腺癌细胞增殖和转移的土壤。卫气的御邪作用与肿瘤免疫微环境中抗肿瘤免疫细胞作用相通。因卫出于三焦,卫气乃“中焦之所生”、“出于下焦”,脾居中焦,肝位下焦,卫气的功能与肝脾两脏密切相关。肿瘤微环境稳态失衡促进肿瘤发展,肝郁脾虚是导致肿瘤微环境稳态失衡的核心病机,疏肝健脾法为肿瘤微环境稳态重塑的主要治法,逍遥散和加味逍遥散是恢复肿瘤微环境稳态平衡的有效方剂。The tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.It is the basis for the proliferation and metastasis of breast cancer cells.The defensive effect of Weiqi and the anti-tumor immune cells in the tumor immune microenvironment are connected.Because Wei originates from Sanjiao.Weiqi is“born in the middle Jiao”and“originates from lower Jiao”.The spleen located in middle Jiao,the liver located in lower Jiao,and the function of Weiqi is closely related to the liver and spleen.The imbalance of tumor microenvironmental homeostasis promotes the development of tumor.Liver depression and spleen deficiency is the core pathogenesis,which leads to the imbalance of tumor microenvironmental homeostasis.The method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen is a main treatment for the remodeling of tumor microenvironmental homeostasis.Xiaoyao Powder and Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder are effective prescriptions for restoring the balance of tumor microenvironmental homeostasis.
