观察阈值下微脉冲激光光凝联合理气健脾利水法治疗急CSC的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察阈值下微脉冲激光联合理气健脾利水法治疗急性CSC伴ME的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在乐山市中医医院确诊的急性CSC伴ME患者(41眼),随机分为两组。对照组单纯行阈值下微脉冲激光光凝;观察组联合逍遥汤合五苓汤加减。统计分析两组的BCVA、CRT、MS等。结果治疗后BCVA与比治疗前增加(P<0.05);黄斑水肿显著减轻;CRT降低明显、2周后观察组比对照组降低程度更明显(P<0.05);1月后组间CRT差别不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后患者光敏度有明显提高(P<0.05)且随治疗时间延长而提升(P>0.05)。结论中西结合治疗对CSC伴ME患者有更好预后。能改善视力;降低CRT;提高视觉质量;对视网膜细胞功能恢复及视功能保护有积极作用。Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of micro-pulse laser combined with Qi,Jianpi and Lishui treatment of acute CSC with ME under the threshold.Methods Acute CSC with ME patients(41 eyes)diagnosed in Leshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group implemented sub-threshold micropulse laser photocoagulation;the observation group combined with Xiaoyao Decoction and Wuling Decoction.Statistical analysis of BCVA,CRT,MS of the two groups.Results After treatment,BCVA increased contrast with before treatment(P<0.05);macular edema was significantly reduced;CRT improved significantly after treatment,and after 2 weeks the lower in the observation group was more obvious than the control group(P<0.05);the difference in CRT between the groups after 1 month was not obvious(P>0.05).After treatment,the patient’s photosensitivity increased significantly(P<0.05)and elevate with the extension of treatment time(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Chinese and Western treatment has a better prognosis for patients with CSC and ME.Can improve vision;reduce CRT;improve visual quality;have a positive effect on retinal cell function recovery and visual function protection.
