摘　　要：大泡性视网膜脱离是一种非典型的渗出性视网膜脱离。临床上易误诊为眼底的炎性病变,造成错误的治疗方针,使病情进展甚至造成永久性的视力损害,因此正确认识本病极其重要。Bullous retinal detachment is an atypical exudative retinal detachment.It is easy to be misdiagnosed as inflammatory lesion of fundus in clinic,resulting in wrong treatment policy,so that the progress of the disease and even cause permanent visual impairment,so it is extremely important to correctly understand the disease.
