压缩空气在防盗门转印纸去除工艺中的应用

摘　　要：钢质防盗门是目前进户门的主流品种,因其表面处理多以木纹为主,更显高端、大气、美观,深受广大消费者的喜欢。木纹主要是通过热转印技术附着在门面上,目前大多防盗门生产企业在转印纸去除方法上使用水洗工艺或者人工手撕。本文则摒弃了传统的去除转印纸技术,探讨了使用压缩空气来去除转印纸这种工艺方法所带来的经济效益和社会效益。The security doors of steel are the mainstream varieties of entrance doors, they are loved by the majority of con⁃sumers because of they are upscaler, atmospheric and beautiful. Wood grain is mainly attached to the door surface by heattransfer printing technology. At present, most of the security door manufacturers use water washing process or manual hand tear⁃ing on the removal transfer paper. This paper abandons the traditional technology of removing transfer paper, and discusses theeconomic and social benefits of using compressed air to remove transfer paper.
