摘 要:客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核为临床实践技能评价提供客观的、有序的、有组织的考核框架,是一种知识、技能和态度并重的综合能力评价方法,用于护生实习前护理实践技能考核可以客观地体现护生临床护理综合能力,拉近护生与临床的距离,促进教学改革,提升教师教学能力,OSCE考核模式还需进一步完善和推广。Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)assessment provides an objective,orderly and organized assessment framework for clinical practical skills assessment.It is a comprehensive ability assessment method with equal emphasis on knowledge,skills and attitude.It can objectively reflect the comprehensive clinical nursing ability of nursing students,shorten the distance between nursing students and clinical practice,promote teaching reform,and improve the teaching ability of teachers.The OSCE assessment model needs to be further improved and popularized.
