摘　　要：通过分析数字经济背景下高职创新创业教育改革与研究的必要性、创新创业教育改革的目标和思路,并从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、创业实践、教师队伍方面提出了数字经济背景下高职院校创新创业教育改革的策略。This paper mainly analyzes the necessity,the goal and train of thought of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and research in higher vocational colleges under the background of digital economy,and puts forward the strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching means,entrepreneurial practice and teachers.
