摘  要:压力室法判断水势测量终点需要对待测样本截面渗液状况进行观察,但由于观察者的判断标准不一致,容易造成较大测量误差。为此,根据待测样本截面出现渗液时光线发生折射、截面图像的灰度值出现变化的现象,提出了利用机器视觉代替人眼进行水势测量终点判断的方法。该方法使用USB摄像头采集待测样本截面图像,通过控制系统软件计算采集到的图像平均灰度值变化来判断水势测量终点。根据该方法设计了一种基于机器视觉的植物水势测量装置,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:该方法可行,且提高了水势测量速度和测量精度。In order to judge the end point of water potential measurement by the pressure chamber method,it is necessary to observe the seepage status of the measured sample section.However,due to the inconsistent judgment standards of observers,it is apt to cause greater measurement errors.According to the phenomenon that light is refracted and the gray value of the cross section image changes when the seepage occurs in the cross section of the sample under test,a method of using machine vision instead of human eyes to judge the end point of water potential measurement is proposed.This method USES USB camera to collect cross-section images of samples to be tested.The control system software calculates the change of the average gray value of the collected image to judge the end point of the water potential measurement.According to this method,a plant water potential measuring device based on machine vision was designed and tested.Experimental results show that this method is feasible and improves the speed and precision of water potential measurement.
