高精度PS版印刷品转换CTP制版印刷的质量控制和数据测试分析

摘　　要：随着国家环保要求升级,使用CTP制版技术已逐步代替胶片制版。高精度胶片制版转换为CTP制版过程中,通过印刷对比测量确定制版设备选型,分析高精度防伪印刷中的线条、深色大色块图案、浅色分散图案的不同特点,在后期印刷时,针对不同类图纹的特点,调整对应印刷压力、温度、垫层厚度、油墨量等印刷参数,达到CTP制版印刷与高精度胶片版印刷签样一致的目的。With the upgrading of national environmental protection requirements,CTP plate making has gradually replaced PS plate making.In the process of converting high precision PS plate making to CTP plate making,plate making equipment is determined by printing comparison and measurement.Analyzes the characteristics of different patterns in high precision anticounterfeiting printing,adjust the printing pressure,temperature,cushion thickness,ink output and othere paramnters,in order to achieve the same quality as the PS plate printing signature.
