对比分析腹腔镜辅助腹壁小切口与单纯腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术临床效果

摘　　要：目的:对比分析腹腔镜辅助腹壁小切口与单纯腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的临床效果。方法:采用医学研究对比法,对本院2018年10月至2019年5月收治的98例子宫肌瘤切除术患者进行研究对比观察,依照手术治疗方式不同,等分为观察组和对照组,分别应用腹腔镜辅助腹壁小切口和单纯腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,临床观察和比对两组治疗成效。结果:观察组临床治疗优良率97.96%(48/49)明显高于对照组临床治疗优良率71.43%(35/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、住院时间及临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗子宫肌瘤患者疗效显著,具有较高的有效性,明显提升了临床治疗的优良率,且具有缩短患者住院时间,改善患者临床症状,减少出血量的安全性优势。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic assisted small abdominal incision and simple laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:Using the method of medical research comparison,98 cases of hysteromyomectomy in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were studied and observed.According to different surgical treatment methods,they were equally divided into observation group and control group,and were treated with laparoscopic assisted abdominal small incision and simple laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy respectively.Clinical observation and comparison were made between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 97.96%(48/49),which was significantly higher than that in control group(71.43%,35/49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss,hospitalization time and improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery for patients with uterine fibroids is effective and highly effective,which significantly improves the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment,and has the safety advantages of shortening the hospital stay,improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the amount of bleeding.
