摘　　要：高校辅导员作为学生管理一线的责任人,是高校学生管理人员中的重要组成部分,在学生思想政治教育、日常管理和危机事件处理等方面发挥着重要的作用。然而,在高校的育人管理中,最棘手、最紧迫的事件就是危机事件应对。在高校危机事件频发的当下,如何有效应对危机事件是每个高校辅导员亟需提高的能力。文章提出的“三防三化”,既是辅导员应对危机事件的办法,也是辅导员预防危机事件发生的策略。As the person in charge of the front line of student management,college counselors are an important part of college student management personnel,and play an important role in ideological and political education,daily management and crisis events.However,in the educational management of colleges and universities,the most difficult and pressure is the occurrence of crisis.Every crisis will have a great impact on students and schools.Although crisis events are not normal,the types of crisis events can be summarized and grasped.How to deal with the crisis effectively is the ability that every college counselor needs to improve.The"three prevention and three transformation"proposed in this paper is not only a way to deal with crisis events,but also a strategy to prevent them.
