摘  要:通过对国内外初中物理课程标准中的能力要素分析、国内外教育测评中的能力要素文献分析和我国学者关于初中物理能力要素的研究,结合对各地中考命题的分析,采用德尔斐法构建我国初中学业水平考试物理能力要素,即理解能力、实验与探究能力、应用能力。Based on the analysis of ability elements in junior middle school physics curriculum standards of China and foreign countries,and on the literature analysis of the ability elements in the educational evaluation at home and abroad,and on the research of junior middle school physics ability elements conducted by Chinese scholars,combined with the analysis of the proposition of middle school entrance examinations in various places around the country,the physics ability elements of the junior middle school academic level examination in China are constructed by Delphi method,namely,the ability of understanding,the ability of doing experiment and the ability of inquiring and applying.
