摘　　要：为深化高校创新创业教育改革,促进生物科学类专业创新型人才培养,河北农业大学生命科学学院组建了创新导师队伍,从创新意识、授课艺术、创新活力等方面加强师资队伍建设;以学术报告和知识竞赛营造学院科技创新环境;建设了以一级学科博士学位授权点和国家级、省级实验教学示范中心为首的科技创新平台;建立健全了师生科技创新支持政策和奖励;增加并优化科技创新课程,加强学生实践环节实训;积极申请各级别科技创新项目,采取系列训练措施增强学生科技创新能力。学院教学成果显著,全方位提高了学生的创新能力,取得了较好的培养效果。In order to deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities and promote the cultivation of innovative talents in biological sciences,College of Life Science of Hebei Agricultural University has set up a team of innovative instructors to strengthen the faculty performance from the aspects of innovation consciousness,teaching art,and innovation vitality.By creating a scientific and technological innovation environment with academic reports and knowledge competitions,establishing a scientific and technological innovation platform led by first-level doctoral degree authorized centers and national and provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers,establishing and improving the support policies and rewards for scientific and technological innovation of teachers and students,increasing and optimizing science and technology innovation courses,strengthening students practice training,actively applying for science and technology innovation projects at all levels,and taking a series of training measures to enhance students'ability of science and technology innovation.The teaching achievement of the college is remarkable,which improves students'innovation ability in all aspects and has achieved good training effects.
