摘  要:氧化应激与某些疾病的发生发展密切相关,因此寻找有效的抗氧化物质并阐明其作用机制具有重要作用。山楂具有明显的抗氧化作用,其抗氧化活性主要与调节体内抗氧化酶活性和清除体内自由基有关。本文综述了近年来山楂抗氧化活性成分及其作用机制的研究进展,以期为山楂抗氧化应激活性的深入研究及其相关产品的开发应用提供依据。Oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of certain diseases,so it is important to find some effective antioxidants and clarify their mechanism of action.Crataegus pinnatifida has obvious antioxidant effect,and its antioxidant activity is mainly related to regulating the activity of antioxidant enzymes and removing free radicals in vivo.This study summarized the recent research progress of antioxidant active components of Crataegus pinnatifida and its mechanism of action,which was intended to provide a basis for in-depth study of antioxidant stress activation of Crataegus pinnatifida and related application.
