摘　　要：近年来,科学技术日新月异,获得了极大的进步,基于智能化技术的信息系统被有效运用到不同的行业领域中,并且以计算机技术作为典型代表的新兴技术不断涌现,逐渐与电子技术、信息化技术等融合到一起。在此种环境下,智能化系统被科学运用到很多集成项目的管理工作中,怎样提高智能化系统集成项目管理工作的效率和质量成为一项重要的课题。文章通过说明智能化系统集成项目的特征,提出了基于智能化系统集成项目管理的有效对策,从而有效提升基于智能化系统集成项目管理工作的总体水平。In recent years, the science and technology in China have changed with each passing day, and great progress has been made. The information system based on intelligent technology has been effectively applied to many different industries. Moreover, the emerging technology with computer technology as the typical representative has been emerging, which makes it merge with electronic technology, information technology and so on. In this process, how to improve the efficiency and quality of integrated project management based on intelligent system becomes an important problem. This paper describes the intelligent system integration project features, and put forward effective countermeasures based on intelligent system integration project management, so as to effectively improve the overall level of project management based on intelligent system integration.
