摘　　要：FC-20异构降凝催化剂应用于中国石油玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂500 kt/a柴油加氢改质异构降凝装置,在装置反应压力为6.0 MPa,空速控制在1.40~1.55 h^-1,反应温度适中等操作条件下,对混合柴油进行中压加氢降凝精制,柴油产品硫质量分数可降低至10μg/g以下,凝点可低于-35℃,提高产品质量,实现了高附加值低凝柴油生产。着重介绍了异构降凝催化剂的性能及其应用效果,该催化剂在设计温度、压力、空速、氢油比条件下可以满足对催化裂化柴油进行改质异构降凝生产的需要,分别能达到脱硫和降凝的目的,FC-20催化剂使用效果良好,最后提出在运行过程中产生的问题,对炼油厂实际生产操作和防止事故的发生有一定的借鉴意义。FC-20 isomerization-visbreaking catalyst is applied to the diesel hydrotreating isomerization unit with the design capacity 0.5 MM TPY in Petrochemical Complex of PetroChina Yumen Oilfield Company.Under the operating conditions of 6.0 MPa reaction pressure,1.40 h^-1 to 1.55 h^-1 space velocity and suitable reaction temperature,the medium pressure hydrofining of mixed diesel can be carried out.The sulfur content of the mixed diesel can be reduced to 10μg/g,the solidification point can be lower than-35℃.The product quality can be improved,and the production of high added value and low solidification point diesel can be realized.This paper mainly introduces the properties and application effect of isomerization-visbreaking catalyst.Under the conditions of design temperature,pressure,space velocity and hydrogen oil ratio,the catalyst can meet the needs of upgrading isomerization-visbreaking of FCC diesel,and can achieve the purpose of desulfurization and solidification point reduction respectively.FC-20 catalyst has good application effects,and puts forward the problems in the operation process,which has certain reference significance for the practical production operation of refinery and the prevention of accidents.
