摘　　要：介绍青海大学附属医院全国异地医保实时结算接口系统开发项目,阐述系统开发工具、技术方案及开发方法,指出该系统能简化结算流程,针对其目前存在问题进行探讨进而提出解决方案。The paper introduces the interface system development project of nationwide off-site medical insurance settlement of Qinghai University Affiliate Hospital,expounds the development tools,technical schemes and development methods of the system,and points out that the system can simplify settlement process.It also discusses the existing problems of the system,then proposes the solutions.
