微创痔疮手术治疗严重痔疮患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的微创痔疮手术治疗严重痔疮患者的疗效观察。方法选取88例在本院进行治疗的患者作为调查与研究对象,此次调查时间为2018年1月—2020年1月。根据随机方式分成两组,每组均分得44例。对比组采用常规治疗方式。试验组采用微创痔疮手术治疗方式。分析两组最终治疗结果。结果对比组治疗有效率和试验组相比较低,差异有统计学意义,P=0.000 0;对比组患者住院时间较长、伤口愈合时间较长、术中出血量较多、手术时间较长,试验组患者住院时间较短、伤口愈合时间较短、术中出血量较少、手术时间较短,两组对比差异存有统计学意义,P=0.000 0;对比组并发症发生率较高、试验组较低,差异存有统计学意义,P=0.000 0。结论在严重痔疮治疗中,可采取微创手术治疗方式,此治疗方式效果优异。Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoids surgery on severe hemorrhoids.Methods 88 patients with severe hemorrhoids in our department were investigated.The time of this investigation was from January 2018 to January 2020.The patients were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive hemorrhoids surgery.The final treatment results of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the treatment efficiency of the control group was lower and the difference was obvious,P=0.0000;the hospitalization time of the patients in the control group was longer than that of the experimental group,the wound healing time was longer than that of the experimental group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was more than that of the experimental group,the operation time and the experimental group were longer,the difference between the two groups was obvious,P=0.0000;The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P=0.0000).Conclusion In the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,minimally invasive surgery can be used,and the effect of this treatment is excellent.
