日粮中次粉替代面粉对鲤鱼生长和生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为了探究日粮中次粉替代面粉对鲤鱼生长、肌肉营养成分、脂肪酸组成及血清生化指标的影响,以鲤鱼为研究对象,设计2组饲料配方,以添加20%(质量分数)面粉的日粮为对照组,以次粉替代1/2面粉为试验组。将180尾体质量为(125±1.54)g的鲤鱼随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾,养殖周期为8周。结果显示:次粉替代1/2面粉对鲤鱼存活率、末质量、增质量率、肥满度、脏体比及饲料系数无显著影响(P>0.05);次粉替代1/2面粉对鲤鱼肌肉营养成分无显著影响(P>0.05);鲤鱼肌肉脂肪酸组成基本反映了日粮脂肪酸组成;次粉替代1/2面粉可以显著降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮次粉替代1/2面粉不会影响鲤鱼生长,反而能够降低饲料成本。This study evaluated the effects of partial replacement of flour by wheat middling on growth performance,muscle nutritional composition,fatty acid composition,and serum biochemical indexof common carp.The basal diet was formulated with 20%flour,and one experimental diet was formulated to replace 1/2 of the flour with wheat middling.A total of 180 common carp with the initial body weight of(125±1.54)g were divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results indicated that flour replacement with 1/2 wheat middling had no significant effect on the survival,final weight,weight gain ratio,feed conversion ratio,condition factor,and visceral somatic index of common carp(P>0.05).Substitution of 1/2 flour with wheat middling had no significant effect on muscle nutritional composition of common carp(P>0.05).The fatty acid composition of muscle of common carp reflects the fatty acid composition of the feed.Wheat middling instead of 1/2 flour can significantly reduce low density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels(P<0.05).In summary,the replacement of 1/2 flour by wheat middling in the diet does not affect the growth of common carp,and can reduce the costs of feed.
