昂丹司琼结合温针灸治疗肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的为了提高化疗所致呕吐的治疗效果并改善患者的生活质量,研究和探讨通过昂丹司琼联合温针灸方案治疗的价值。方法选取2018年6月年—2019年6月收治的60例肿瘤患者,60例肿瘤患者均来自肿瘤科,将所有病例随机分为2组,其中30例昂丹司琼结合温针灸治疗为试验组,30例进行单纯西药治疗为对照组,比较2组方案镇吐效果的差异。结果研究数据表明,试验组和对照组患者化疗期间呕吐发生率都有所降低,但试验组与对照组相比较来说,所获得的治疗效果更为有效,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于肿瘤化疗所导致患者的呕吐的情况,采用昂丹司琼结合温针灸的方式进行治疗,可以有效的预防和减少患者出现恶心、呕吐的几率,所以,昂丹司琼结合温针灸可以有效改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy-induced vomiting and the quality of life of patients,the value of ondansetron combined with warm acupuncture therapy was studied and discussed.Methods 60 tumor patients from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected,and 60 tumor patients were all from oncology department of our hospital.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,of which 30 cases were treated with ondansetron combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion as the experimental group and 30 cases were treated with simple western medicine as the control group.The difference of emesis relieving effects between the two groups was compared.Results The research data showed that the incidence rate of vomiting during chemotherapy in the experimental group and the control group was decreased,but the therapeutic effect obtained in the experimental group was more effective than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ondansetron combined with warm acupuncture can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting due to vomiting caused by tumor chemotherapy.Therefore,Ondansetron combined with warm acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
