化疗联合参苡健中汤治疗中晚期胃癌的近期临床观察

摘　　要：目的对化疗联合中药汤剂治疗中晚期胃癌的近期疗效展开分析与探讨。方法选择接受治疗的中晚期胃癌患者86例,病例选取时间范围为2017年3月—2018年12月,以患者入院顺序奇偶性为依据对其展开交叉分组,把其中一组称为对照组并为其实施SOX化疗治疗方案,把另一组称为研究组并在研究组患者所接受治疗方案的基础上增加参苡建中汤,治疗结束后6个月对患者进行随访,比较2组的疾病控制情况和生存质量。结果研究组中90.70%(39/43)患者的疾病得到较好控制,显著高于对照组患者的疾病控制率69.77%(30/43);治疗后6个月,研究组患者的生存质量评分为(68.29±10.34)分,与对照组患者的(61.35±9.71)分相较明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在中晚期胃癌患者接受化疗治疗的同时予以其中药汤剂治疗能令其疾病得到更好控制,改善其生存质量,近期疗效十分理想,值得考虑广泛将此治疗方案应用于临床对中晚期胃癌患者的治疗当中。Objective To study the recent curative effect of chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on middle and late stage gastric cancer.Methods 86 patients with mid-and late-stage gastric cancer were selected for treatment in our hospital.The case selection time range was from March 2017 to December 2018.The patients were cross-grouped based on the odd couple of hospital admissions.One group was called the control group and the SOX chemotherapy treatment plan was implemented.The second group was referred to as the research group and the study group’s patients were added to the treatment plan.The patients were followed up six months after the treatment was completed and the disease control status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results 90.7%(39/43)of the patients in the study group had better disease control,which was significantly higher than the control rate of 69.77%(30/43)of the control group.Six months after treatment,the quality of life score of the patients in the study group was(68.29±10.34),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.35±9.71)(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on middle and late stage gastric cancer can make their disease better controlled and improve their quality of life.The recent efficacy is very satisfactory,and it is worth considering the extensive application of this treatment plan to clinical treatment of middle and late stage gastric cancer patients.
