摘　　要：新生代农民工是我国社会、经济发展的重要建设力量。现阶段新生代农民工面临的最重要的问题是就业问题,解决这一问题的根本途径之一就是加强对农民工的职业教育,提升其自身的就业能力。通过分析新生代农民工的就业现状,总结农民工就业中存在的问题,探究职业教育对新生代农民工就业的影响,从而提出新生代农民工职业教育的具体实施方案。The new generation of migrant workers is an important construction force of social and economic development in China.At present,the most important problem facing the new generation of migrant workers is employment.One of the fundamental ways to solve this problem is to strengthen their vocational education and then to improve their employability.By analyzing the migrant workers’employment situation,the problems were summarized.And by exploring the impact of vocational education on the employment of the new generation of migrant workers,the specific implementation plan of vocational education of the new generation of migrant workers was put forward.
