摘　　要：目的通过对临床发生的输血不良反应病例的情况进行分析,为开展预防与控制输血不良反应提供科学依据。方法收集阳江市人民医院于2014年1月—2018年12月间的输血不良反应进行统计和分析,记录发生输血不良反应的相关情况。结果各年度输血不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);46096例输血患者中发生输血不良反应304例,总输血不良反应发生率为0.66%;输注的7种血液制品中,病毒灭活冰冻血浆的输血反应发生率最高,为0.78%;不良反应以寒战、发热为主,分别占47.70%、46.38%;有输血史或过敏史患者输血不良反应率较无输血史或过敏史患者高。结论输血有利有弊,临床医务人员要严格掌握输血适应证,合理有效输血。使用白细胞过滤器过滤血液制品,可以降低输血不良反应发生率。Objective The clinical adverse reactions of blood transfusion were analyzed retrospectively to provide the basis for related prevention and control work.Methods Adverse reactions of blood transfusion of Yangjiang City People’s Hospital from January,2014 to December,2018 were collected for statistical analysis.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion among different years(P>0.05).Among the 46096 blood transfusion pa tients,304 had adverse reactions of blood transfusion,and the total incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion was 0.66%.The adverse reaction of blood transfusion rate of virus inactivates plasma accounting for 0.78%was the highest in 7 blood products.The adverse reactions were mainly chills and fever,accounting for 47.70%and 46.38%.The adverse reaction rate of patients with transfusion history or allergy history was higher than that of patients without transfusion history or allergy history.Conclusion Blood transfusion has both advantages and disadvantages.Clinical medical staff should strictly grasp the indications of blood trans fusion and make it reasonable and effective.Using leukocyte filter to filter blood products can reduce the incidence of adverse reac tions.
