摘  要:新能源有轨电车动力电池箱的散热是影响电池性能和安全的关键之一,一般需要配备散热设备。本文针对电池箱温度调控需求的特性,设计一种新能源有轨电车动力电池箱变频空调,其电气控制系统以嵌入式MCU芯片为核心,包括电源输入、信息检测、控制输出、通信等;介绍空调功能,包括控制模式、故障处理和保护方法等。该空调经过设计、试制及试验验证,显示其具有制冷量大且低环境温度制冷能力强的特点,已实现批量装车应用。The heat dissipation of the power battery box of the new energy tram is one of the key factors affecting the performance and safety of the battery.Generally,it needs to be equipped with heat dissipation equipment.According to the characteristics of the temperature control requirements of the battery box,a variable-frequency air conditioner for the battery box is designed,which uses the embedded MCU chip as the core component of the electric control system,including power input,information detection,control output,communication,etc;its air conditioner function is introduced including the control mode,fault handling and protection methods,etc.After design,trial production and test,it shows that the air conditioner has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and strong low-temperature cooling capacity,and has been put into use in batch loading on the tram.
