摘 要:基础医学专业是为了培养从事基础医学教育和医学科学研究工作的医学高级专门人才。分子生物学实验技术是从事生命科学研究应必备的一门实验技能,而传统的分子生物学实验教学模式不利于学生创新能力的培养。为了提高基础医学专业学生的实践能力,通过开设综合设计性分子生物学实验课程“基因克隆技术-p62基因的重组及在真核细胞中的表达”,从教学内容、教学方法、考核评估等环节进行改革探索,有效提高分子生物学实验的教学质量,提高基础医学专业学生的实践创新能力和科学素养,为今后的医学教育和科研打下良好的基础。The basic medicine major is aimed to train senior medical professionals engaged in basic medical education and medical scientific research.The molecular biology experimental technology is absolutely necessary for life science research,but traditional experimental teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of students'innovative ability.In order to improve the practical ability of the basic medical students in our school,we establish a comprehensive and designing molecular biology experimental course“Gene cloning technology-recombination and expression in eukaryotic cells of p62 gene”.Through the reform and exploration from the experiment contents,teaching methods,examination and evaluation,and other aspects,the teaching quality of molecular biology experiments is effectively improved,and the practical innovation ability and scientific literacy of basic medical students are significantly enhanced.This comprehensive and designing experimental reform lays a good foundation for future medical education and research.
