摘　　要：目的探讨间歇经口至食管管饲(IOE)联合镜像疗法对吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法选取神经康复科收治的吞咽障碍患者60例,随机分为IOE联合镜像组和对照鼻饲组,各30例,治疗后比较两组患者的营养指标、洼田饮水试验级别及治疗并发症发生情况。结果两种方法治疗1个月后,观察两组患者的营养指标变化(身体质量指数BMI、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、白蛋白ALB、血红蛋白Hb、血清总蛋白TP含量),观察组各项营养指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者吞咽功能均选用洼田饮水试验评级,观察组患者较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),观察组并发症较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论IOE联合镜像疗法可有效提高脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的疗效,改善其吞咽功能、提高营养供给,减少治疗并发症,且操作简单易学,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding(IOE)combined with mirror therapy on patients with dysphagia.Methods Sixty patients with dysphagia admitted to the Department of Neurological Rehabilitation were randomLy divided into the IOE combined with mirror therapy group and the control nasal feeding group,with 30 cases in each group.After treatment,the nutritional indexes,the WaTian drinking water test level and the treatment complications were compared between the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment with two methods,the changes of nutritional indexes(body mass index BMI,triceps skinfold thickness TSF,albumin ALB,hemoglobin Hb,serum total protein TP content)were observed in the two groups.The levels of various nutritional indicators in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swallowing function in two groups was evaluated by the WaTian drinking water test.The improvement of swallowing function in the observation group improved significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of the observation group were significantly fewer than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The IOE combined with mirror therapy can effectively improve the efficacy of stroke patients with dysphagia,improve the swallowing function of patients,improve the nutritional supply of patients,and reduce the complications of treatment.It is easy to learn and worthy of clinical promotion.
