摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈腺样基底细胞癌(adenoid basal carcinoma,ABC)的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2019年12月首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院收治的8例ABC患者的临床资料和组织病理学特征,并复习相关文献。结果患者均为绝经后女性,多无明显临床症状,为体检时发现。7例HPV阳性。2例合并宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌行宫颈癌根治术,其中1例术后补充同步放化疗;6例合并高级别鳞状上皮内病变(high-grade squamous intraepithelial le⁃sion,HSIL),行全子宫+双附件切除术。病理明确ABC的诊断。术后随访未见复发及转移。结论宫颈ABC发生率低,好发于绝经后老年女性,缺乏特异性临床表现,常伴有高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染及宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN),该肿瘤生物学行为惰性,整体预后较好。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of adenoid basal carcinoma(ABC)of uterine cervix.Methods The clinical data and histopathological characteristics of eight patients with ABC admitted to Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2013 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and relevant literature was reviewed.Results All the patients were postmenopausal women with no obvious clinical symptoms.Seven cases were HPV positive.Two patients with cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma were underwent radical resection of cervical cancer,one of whom received postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Six patients with highgrade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)had undergone total uterine and bilateral adrenal resection.Pathology confirmed the diagnosis of ABC.Postoperative follow-up showed no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions ABC is a rare uterine cervical tumor mostly found in postmenopausal women,which lacks specific clinical manifestations,frequently associats with highrisk HPV infection and CIN lesions.ABC biology is insert and its prognosis is better.
